We are, famously, what we eat and this inevitably gets reflected in our skin and our internal body chemistry. These days many of us try to make health conscious choices about what we consume, but at the same time we are greatly at the mercy of intensive farming practices which offer quantity of produce but which often end up reducing vitamin, mineral and nutritional content. Buying organic to prevent this loss (as well as counteracting the effects of harmful environmental factors like air pollution) is always best, but sourcing - and sometimes affording - it all on a regular basis can be hard. We therefore offer a great range of high quality supplements to suit all needs, including vegan, which are not tested on animals. Our partners do not use genetically engineered ingredients.
