When you join our VIP Service & Rewards, you will receive an initial FREE online consultation with a Serenity skin care specialist. Each team member is highly experienced in treating all skin types, including skin stressed by ageing, skin with pigmentation problems and skin prone to acne. We promise to deliver you our ‘in-clinic’ experience and full expertise without you having to leave the comfort of your own home. We will tailor a skincare regime specifically for you and then invite you for a follow-up consultation 3 months after your initial one. Meanwhile, our team will continue to be on hand to answer any further questions you may have. If you would like to adjust your regime at any point, and would like professional assistance, simply get in touch with us as we will always be more than happy to help. Every 6 months after your follow-up, we will check in with you to ensure you are still achieving your skin care goals. We can then offer you a further consultation with our skincare experts if you would like.
You will also benefit from collecting points, which can be spent on our website, as well as receiving samples of our latest products that we think you may also be interested in. These will be tailored to your skin type. You will also receive invitations to our exclusive events (both in-clinic and online), and anti-ageing retreats, where you can hear directly from leading skincare industry experts, try new products, and see and try new treatments.
