A small deposit of £25 is required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable if you decide not to go ahead with purchasing products from us or it can be put towards products. Our cancellation policy for online consultations requires that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment, to receive a full refund. If cancellation is within 24 hours or you do not attend your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.
