How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@serenityaesthetics.co.uk with your name and order number.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We are very sorry, but we currently do not ship to PO box addresses.

There's an error in my delivery address. How can I amend this?
Please contact us as soon as possible, with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to alter the delivery address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a tracking number for your order.
Returns & refund policy
Unopened products can be returned and fully refunded or exchanged within 28 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact customer service when returning items. Items that have been opened will be unable to be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Please ensure that you obtain a proof of purchase receipt with a tracking number, when returning items. We are responsible only for the returned items once received at our postal address. Items that are lost in transit will not be treated as a return and therefore will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Sale items can be returned within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Once your refund has been processed, it can take up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. Please contact customer service to cancel your order.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@serenityaesthetics.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
